KICK 104 Powerball Jackpot Contest Rules
KIQK-FM dba KICK 104 (the “Station”) may change the dates and/or terms of the contest without prior notice. Any material changes will be broadcast on the Station and/or posted on its website.
Haugo Broadcasting General Contest Rules apply along with the following provisions:
The contest is open to legal United States Residents, 18 years of age and older, currently residing within 200 miles of Rapid City, South Dakota.
Unless otherwise specified, employees, agents and affiliates of the Station, Haugo Broadcasting, contest sponsors, other radio, television, and print advertising companies serving the Station’s metro area, and their immediate family members* and household members are not eligible to participate or win Station contests. *The term “immediate family members” includes but is not limited to spouses, parents, in-law’s, siblings, grandparents, children, grandchildren and significant others.
You must like and share the current Facebook post regarding contest prior to 8 pm on day of Powerball drawing.
Only one entry per person.
In case of winning numbers, total prize won will be split amongst qualified entries.
There will be no prize distribution for amounts under $10 per person. In this case, winnings may be reallocated at the discretion of Station for another contest(s) not related to this contest.
Any and all federal, provincial, and local laws apply to all contests.
No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited by law.
Prizes must be claimed within 30 days of winning unless otherwise noted. All prizes must be picked up at the Station business offices (3601 Canyon Lake Drive Suite 1, Rapid City, South Dakota 57702) during normal business hours Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm.
Each winner will be required to produce identification satisfactory to the Station.
Prize is awarded as is to the winner only. No substitutions or transfers of prizes permitted.
Winners are solely responsible for all taxes, duties, or other costs that may be associated with the winning of a prize.
Any additional costs related to the prize or incurred as a result of accepting the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
By participating in any contests, entrants agree to be bound by the official rules and regulations of the promotion.
Copies of these rules are available at the Station’s website, in person at the Station’s studios (3601 Canyon Lake Drive, Suite 1, Rapid City, South Dakota 57702 between the hours of 8am and 5pm Monday thru Friday) or by sending a request, along with a self-addressed stamped envelope, to the Station at this address.
The interpretation of these and all other rules relating to contests or promotions sponsored by the Station is reserved exclusively to the Station and Haugo Broadcasting. Its decisions shall be final.
