Teens! It’s time for the annual RCPL Teen Halloween party! Get out your costume and come to the downtown library (610 Quincy Street, upstairs) 4:30 – 7:30 p.m. Saturday, October 21 for pizza, a costume contest, games, crafts and more! Make your own stop motion horror movie with our green screen. Compete for Target gift cards in the costume contest. Bring a friend and join the fun!
