Learn to write a song then be a part of the band during an interactive concert at the downtown library (610 Quincy Street, upstairs). Thursday, July 18 from 9:30 – 10:30 a.m., musician Bradley Weaver will lead children in a songwriting workshop which includes choosing subject matter, writing a “hook” and picking a title.
Following the songwriting workshop from 11:30 a.m. – 12:15 p.m., don’t miss Weaver’s Super Fun Concert — a dynamic, interactive show for children of all ages. Everyone is part of the band and invited to sing along, act out songs and make a ruckus with percussion!
Bradley Weaver is a music instructor and performing artist living in Denver, Colorado. He incorporates guitar, ukulele, resonator, autoharp and harmonica into his performances.
