The Black Hills Bluegrass Association presents a concert with Autoharp Virtuoso Bryan Bowers from Washington state. He is Nationally recognized as the man who re-defined the autoharp and is to the autoharp as Earl Scruggs was to the banjo. He was inducted into the Autoharp Hall of Fame in 1993 joining a very short list that includes Maybelle and Sarah Carter of the famous Carter Family.
Bryan is well known for his songwriting and story telling as well as the incredible and intricate autoharp solos. He presents a fun evening of music and stories.
The concert will be held at the theater in Batchelders Piano & Organ, 1301 W. Omaha St. Suite 101 in Rapid City, 7:30 P.M. General admission $15 – Bluegrass Association Members $10 – Kids under 12 Free.
