3rd Annual Bottoms Up 5K

Registration is now open!
The 3rd Annual Bottoms Up for Colon Cancer Awareness 5K will be held on March 30, 2019 at Founders Park in Rapid City, SD. The Bottoms Up 5K aims to increase awareness of colon cancer and to raise funds to assist in early detection and prevention. All proceeds benefit the American Cancer Society’s fight against colorectal cancer. While colorectal cancer is the second leading cause of cancer death in the U.S. among combined genders, early detection and removal of precancerous polyps saves lives. The goal is to make sure all adults over the age of 50 are following screening guidelines.
Entry forms and fees can be picked up and returned to the Rapid City Medical Center, The Endoscopy Center, or The Runners Shop. The first 200 to early register will receive a free Bottoms Up 5K beanie.
Fees for the event are: (Please make checks payable to Rapid City Medical Center)

• Registration prior to 3/18: $20 ($15 for RCMC Employees and members of the Runner’s Club)
• Registration after 3/18: $25

The Race Day Schedule is as follows:

• 10:30am – Registration
• 10:50am – Race Line Up
• 11:00am – Race Starts
• Noon – Lunch & Brews
