The Bobby Bones Show kicked off a holiday gift card game after partnering with GiftCards.com, giving multiple staff members a chance to win prizes ranging from $10 to $1,000.
Nine unmarked gift cards were placed on a table, each containing a different dollar amount: $10, $20, two $50 cards, $75, $100, $200, $500, and $1,000. A wheel spin determined the order in which participants selected their cards. The values would be revealed throughout the game. Amy was selected first and chose card number four, which revealed a $25 gift card. The wheel was spun again, landing on Mike D, who selected card number one. After deciding to reveal his amount early, Mike D. opened his card to find $10, removing the lowest value from play. Morgan was selected next and chose card number eight. After holding her card, she later revealed a $100 gift card.
Lunchbox was given the opportunity to choose a card for Scuba Steve since he’s the one who put the game together and selected card number two. That card later revealed a $50 value. As the game continued, Abby was selected and chose card number seven, which also revealed a $50 gift card. With several lower amounts eliminated, the remaining cards included $75, $200, $500, and $1,000.
Lunchbox was then selected and chose card number five. Upon opening it, he revealed a $200 gift card and he was very unhappy it wasn’t the $1k, leaving three cards remaining with values of $75, $500, and $1,000. Raymundo was next and selected card number nine, leaving Eddie with the final two cards, one of which he picked to give to Bobby. Eddie opened his card to reveal $75, confirming that Raymundo’s card contained either $500 or $1,000.
Before the final reveal, Bobby introduced a twist, stating that regardless of the outcome, Raymundo would receive the $1,000 gift card. Raymundo then opened his card to reveal the $1,000 prize. In the final moments, Bobby offered to give Mike D his $500 gift card so Mike could upgrade from his original $10. Mike accepted, completing the holiday giveaway.
The segment concluded with congratulations to Raymundo and a holiday sendoff, wrapping up the game with multiple winners and one $1,000 grand prize.
