Embrace the holiday season with health and gratitude and restore your body, mind and spirit Monday, December 23 at the downtown library (610 Quincy, upstairs) from 10:30 – 11:15 a.m. through Gentle Chair Yoga. People of all ages, fitness levels and physical conditions can enjoy this unique style of yoga which replaces the traditional yoga mat with a chair. Some poses are done seated on the chair and the chair is used for extra support during standing bends and stretches.
Teachers from Sōl Yoga Collective will guide you in a safe and encouraging atmosphere. Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move easily.
