On June 9 at about 7:54 p.m. the Rapid City Police Department responded to the 700 block of Gold St. in reference to a stabbing. Upon officer’s arrival they found a male victim with blood on him who had been stabbed three times. The offices discovered that the suspect, identified as 59 year old Gregory Rhodes of Rapid City was still inside the apartment. Officers ordered Gregory out of the apartment and took him into custody. The victim was transported to a medical facility to be treated for his injuries. Gregory Rhodes was charged with Aggravated Assault and Threatening Law Enforcement.
