At around 9:05 a.m. on August 5th, police responded to the intersection of Main Street and East Boulevard for a report of a motorcycle vs. car crash. As police worked to investigate the crash, the motorcyclist was transported to Rapid City Regional Hospital with serious injuries. The investigation into the crash determined that a northbound motorcycle ran a red light at the intersection and collided with a westbound SUV.
