He also shared that he was given the option to keep the car for $14,000, but didn’t see the point in holding onto a totaled vehicle just to sell it for parts.
The conversation turned more sentimental when Lunchbox explained that the car held family memories. He and his wife bought it when they were planning to start a family, and shortly after purchasing it, she became pregnant. All three of their kids were brought home from the hospital in that car. Despite the car being declared totaled, Lunchbox had continued driving it for a while after the accident, which surprised everyone.
