Eddie thinks he got a gift from God while on vacation with his family.
They had rented a car and two hours into the drive, Eddie went to lower the driver visor and a handicap tag fell out. Someone before him had left their handicap tag in the rental car and he felt like it was a gift from God because they were about to be going to a lot of tourist places with not great parking.
For the first several days, Eddie didn’t use it because he isn’t that kind of person. He saw plenty of handicap spots at Zion National Park, but they didn’t use it. However, he did end up using it in Los Angeles at the Observatory when they went to see the Hollywood sign. There was zero parking available but so many handicap options, so he pulled it out and they used it one time. Eddie thought it was funny because he was limping on his foot from hiking for 4 days, so no one really thought anything of it.
Eddie decided to pass the gift on and put it back in the visor for someone else to use. He likes to think it can be the gift that keeps on giving.
