Lunchbox and Amy were outside of the studio in the office lobby yesterday when Lunchbox claims he witnessed a HR violation.
Their boss came up to Amy as she was eating a KitKat and said “Wow, you eat candy? I wouldn’t think you did.” Lunchbox thinks it was being creepy because it means they were looking at her body or making a comment about her body. Amy didn’t take it that way and didn’t think their boss said it in a weird way, she thinks it was because he knows about her being health conscious and previous experiences with food. Lunchbox said the boss even realized after saying it that he shouldn’t have said it, so that means he knew it was wrong. They all acknowledged that commenting about what someone’s eating in general isn’t the best idea. However, Bobby doesn’t think it should be reported because it wasn’t done with any kind of intent.
Amy shared a situation that happened with Charles Esten recently, she saw him at CMA Festival and he still remembers the time he complimented her boots 10 years ago and it got brought up on the show saying he was hitting on her. He wanted to compliment her boots this time at CMA Festival, but said he won’t because of that segment so many years ago. Morgan said he also told her and Lunchbox about his surprise Nashville reunion happening at CMA Festival, but quickly told Lunchbox to forget it and not say a word about it.
