On May 26th at around 8:40 p.m., a passerby alerted police to an unconscious individual in the area of E. Denver Street and E. Spruce Street. Police went to this area and located a male subject laying in the grass to the southwest of the intersection. Police attempted to wake the man, and discovered he was not breathing and had no pulse. Police noted no signs of trauma or other foul play. The man’s identity is being withheld until proper notification of next-of-kin can be made.
