On July 8th at around 12:00 p.m., police were dispatched to 1909 N. Lacrosse Street to meet with the victim of an apparent road rage incident. The victim told police he was travelling east on I-90 through a one-lane construction zone in the Black Hawk area. As the lanes opened up, an unknown male in a pickup pulled alongside the victim’s vehicle. At one point, the man in the pickup pointed a handgun at the victim. Police were able to locate the suspect vehicle in the area of I-90’s exit 58. A high-risk traffic stop was conducted and the driver was ordered out of the pickup and detained. A search of the vehicle turned up a pistol in the center console of the truck. The driver was identified as 63-year-old Bobby Moser of Rapid City. He was placed under arrest for Aggravated Assault and transported to the Pennington County Jail.
