Bobby Bones is a huge Darius Rucker fan and that’s not only because Bones first ever radio interview at 17-years-old was Rucker. Bones has widely loved Rucker for his great demeanor and their friendship since the beginning.
So when the news broke that Hootie and The Blowfish were headed back out on tour for the first time in over a decade, Bones was one of the first ones ready to buy tickets. He quickly tweeted,
“Someone dare me to go to every single Hootie and The Blowfish show next year.”

Bones then reiterated on his radio show The Bobby Bones Show that his goal will be to make it to 40 out of the 40 Hootie and The Blowfish shows on tour saying,
“I’m about to be a Hootie head.”
He may be a Hottie head, but Rucker is all for it. Bones was texting Rucker about the exciting news and Rucker made sure to say that Bones had tickets for each and every tour stop if he wanted them.
