Blake Shelton was performing in Pendleton, Oregon during the 2018 Pendleton Whisky Music Fest over the weekend when he stumbled on stage.
From the looks of fan videos, Shelton was introducing his band members so it wasn’t during a song, but during one of his guitar players solos. In the video, you can hear Shelton give a “ha ha” and then fall backward.

Shelton wasn’t embarrassed about the incident, he took to Twitter shortly after the concert asking for fans to send him a video of it, if they happened to catch it. He also noted that the fall may have had to do with Shelton competing with Pitbull, the other headliner that night, and his dance moves.
