Traffic stop/Taser deployment
On October 23rd around 5:35 p.m., an officer observed a vehicle in the area of Lacrosse Street and Anamosa Street. The officer ran the vehicle’s license plate and found out the vehicle’s registered owner, 38-year-old Leonard Mayer Jr.
