Robberies

Rapid City police responded to three different robbery calls between 9:00 p.m. and 10:30 p.m. on 9/28  in the areas of E. North Street and Waterloo Street. Police made contact with all reporting parties in these incidents. When all was said and done, two arrests were made. 21-year-old Craig Mitchell of Rapid City was placed under arrest for 2^nd Degree Robbery after forcefully taking property from an individual in Roosevelt Park.
