Stretch out and join us at the downtown library (610 Quincy Street, upstairs), Monday, July 15 from 9:30 – 10 a.m. and experience how Yoga promotes physical strength and boosts self-esteem, providing children with confidence through creative movement and providing building blocks for their future. Teachers from Sōl Yoga Collective combine literacy and yoga engaging children in creative movement, concentration and breathing techniques. Limited mats are available or bring your own.

Neutrino Day: A Cosmic Symphony highlights the value of collaboration between the arts and sciences. In addition to a host of activities throughout the City of Lead, this year’s all-day event will feature “The Legend of the Northern Lights,” a film that combines visual imagery and music to tell the story behind the Northern Lights phenomena.
