Kim Kardashian Suggests New Twitter Function, Twitter Co-Founder Responds

Peter Kramer/NBC(NEW YORK) — It took Kim Kardashian just one tweet to convince the head of Twitter it might be a good idea to add the ability to edit messages after they’ve been sent.

“I just emailed Twitter to see if they can add an edit feature so that when u misspell something u don’t have to delete & repost Let’s see…” the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star tweeted on Friday.

Lo and behold, Jack Dorsey, co-founder of Twitter, responded to Kim’s tweet, with, “great idea! We’re always looking at ways to make things faster and easier.”

Kardashian may have realized how handy the feature would be after accidentally landing in the middle of last week’s Twitter feud between Taylor Swift and Nicki Minaj over Nicki’s MTV Video Music Awards snub.

“Imma let you finish but…” Kim captioned a photo from a shoot she did where she was holding up a finger while on the phone. She later deleted the tweet and wrote a clarification to Taylor and Nicki explaining that her message had nothing to do with their conversation.

“Wait wait I’m in Paris it’s the middle of the night & I’m posting my Vogue Spain pics not having a clue what’s going on in the music world,” she explained. “I’m not trying to shade anyone! That’s not my style! I just thought that caption was perfect for that pic! Changing the caption now! #ironic.”
