On November 9th around 9:25 p.m., police responded to residence in the 300 Block of E. Watertown Street for a report of a stabbing. On arrival, police located the victim laying on the floor inside the residence. Police began administering emergency first aid to the victim. A medical unit arrived and transported the victim to Rapid City Regional Hospital for treatment. After speaking to witnesses, police determined an unknown male subject had entered the residence and assaulted the victim before fleeing from the scene. The suspect is described as a skinny Native American male wearing a black sweatshirt, black stocking cap, blue jeans, with blue and white shoes. Police searched the area but no one matching the description was located. Police continue to investigate the incident.
