NTSB Hasn't Spoke to Harrison Ford About Plane Crash Yet

ABC News(VENICE, Calif.) — The National Transportation Safety Board said on Friday that it has not yet spoken to Star Wars star Harrison Ford about the train crash that injured him on Thursday.

In a Friday press conference, the NTSB’s Patrick Jones said that the plane will be examined at a local hangar. In particular, the NTSB plans to check the engine and records of the aircraft.

“There will be an attempt to talk with the pilot…’cause we definitely want to know what he knows,” Jones said. Still, he noted, “anytime a human being can survive an accident with a mechanical device, whether it be a car, an airplane, helicopter, whatever, is a good day.”
