For the past two years, Eddie’s sons have been really into collecting sports cards and have gotten some good ones.
Every time they get a little extra money from chores or their birthday, they buy themselves new ones. He’s thinking about opening up an eBay account to sell some of them to teach them how to collect cards, make money from them and the whole shipping process. He said if they end up not being able to sell the cards and lose money, it’ll be part of the teaching moments.
Bobby Bones thinks anytime you can teach a kid anything about finances it’s a good idea, so he should do it because it’s a great way for them to learn. But Eddie is worried he’ll end up doing most of the work.
