Bobby Bones did a BobbyCast episode with Rita Wilson last week and she sent him a nice thank you card!
Wilson is known for her acting, music and being married to Tom Hanks, and it meant a lot to Bones that she sent him a very long, detailed thank you card about the podcast. She said he asked her a bunch of questions she’d never been asked before and she really appreciated it! It got Bones thinking that Wilson is such a superstar, probably riding on a private jet back to L.A., has a very busy schedule but she made the time to write a thank you card, so why don’t other people do this more? Even a thank you text can mean a lot!
Bones said the thank you card really inspired him and he’s now going to focus on making sure he takes the time to reach out to people and thank them.
