Recently Amy was running errands and she was at HomeGoods when she had an awkward encounter.
A couple was arguing over which rug to purchase for their home. They were clearly split, the wife wanted one rug while the husband wanted another one. They decided to ask Amy for her opinion on the rug, so she reluctantly shared which one was her favorite. She could tell the wife was frustrated with her answer, so obviously Amy chose the rug that the husband picked out. When Amy was walking away from the situation, she overheard the husband tell the wife “Nevermind. We shouldn’t trust a stranger with this decision.”
She felt uncomfortable about the situation, but couldn’t help but laugh.
