Lunchbox Reads to Adult Strangers for Read Across America Week

Last week, educators across the country celebrated Read Across America. The campaign has been around for decades, sharing the importance of reading.

Lunchbox loves books and is often reading a new book every week. He decided to spread some reading love to strangers for the popular week. Instead of reading to children though, he decided to read to adult strangers who were at work. He said that it’s not fair no one thinks about them during the Read Across America week, because they might want to be read to just like kids. Lunchbox went to several different businesses with the children’s book Mr. Brown Can Move. Based on the audio he shared, it sounded a little chaotic with the reading, but the adults did seem appreciative of Lunchbox’s efforts.
