During the phone call, Lunchbox told the pharmacist that he had a headache and his friend gave him a little blue pill to take for the pain. However, since taking it he was having some “tent” issues. The pharmacist knew exactly what happened, but Lunchbox kept playing it off like he had no idea the little blue pill was Viagra.
