Amy was sitting in a parking lot, when listener Ashley pulled up next to her. That’s when listener Ashley shared a really touching story with Amy.
Listener Ashley rolled down her window and said hello, then rolled down her back window and told Amy that her adoption story from a few years ago inspired Ashley and her husband to adopt. That process got them their son Tyson who was sitting in the backseat. Amy’s son Stevenson was there with Amy and she was happy he got to experience that with her. It made him feel special to be part of why another kid is in a loving home.
The situation made Amy emotional. She shared with The Bobby Bones Show that it makes her happy knowing her adoption journey inspired others. Especially to the extent of young boy’s like Tyson getting adopted.
