During The Bobby Bones Show this morning (November 2nd), Bobby Bones decided to award the first ever BBS Employee of the Month award. He asked all of the show members to prepare an acceptance speech in the case that they were the winner.
Before the winner was revealed, Bones knocked off employees one by one sharing that they were not the Employee of the Month. Each employee still had to share their acceptance speech, despite not actually winning. The employees were narrowed down to just Scuba Steve and Lunchbox. Bones had them each reveal their acceptance speech before he finally gave the award to the winner.
Scuba Steve ultimately won the first ever BBS Employee of the Month award for his contributions to the show since joining last year. Bones also credited him with the award because of his ability to get almost any guest Bones wants for the show.
