Yesterday (May 10) marked Mother’s Day and one of the big traditions with this holiday is giving flowers to the mom in house.
Lunchbox forgot about getting flowers delivered to his house for his wife, so he decided to do something a little more inventive. He confessed during The Bobby Bones Show’ Monday Morning Confessions that he went out to his neighboring houses that were unoccupied and clipped flowers from their plants. He went to two different places, getting an array of pink and purple roses and flowers. He then took them home and put them in vases to gift to his wife. He said that he didn’t really feel guilty since the houses were for sale, but he did realize one the plants looked pretty new.
Monday Morning Confessions:
I didn’t buy my wife flowers for Mother’s Day
I took my clippers and cut some roses from 2 houses that are for sale on my street
Nobody lives there so the roses were going to waste!
