Bobby Started Peeing Blood After Workout Injury

During one of his usual workouts from home, Bobby Bones injured himself when he pushed himself to beat a new record on his Peloton bike.

Bones was doing one of his normal workouts on his Peloton when he heard something pop. The pop came from his stomach, but that didn’t stop him from pushing towards the finish line. The pop came when he was grinding so hard and on pace to beat his personal record. He didn’t think much about it until afterwards when using the restroom. He started peeing blood, which he’s never done before.

He didn’t say anything to anyone because he thought it might be a fluke, but after going to the bathroom for a second time and still peeing blood, he reached out to his doctor. His doctor confirmed that he damaged his internal organs in what’s called a “hematuria.” It’s trauma inside your body and happens often with marathon runners when they train so hard and don’t take breaks. And since Bones has had intense workouts on his bike for the past 28 out of 30 days, he put a little too much strain on his body. He confessed that he was a little proud of himself because the injury came from him pushing himself really hard.

Now Bones is having to rest for 48 hours as most hematuria’s heal themselves in a couple of days. However, if it doesn’t, he will have to go see a doctor. His girlfriend Caitlin even ensured that Bones wouldn’t get on his bike for the next few days by taking off one of the pedals.
