On March 26th at around 3:40 a.m., police were dispatched to the 1000 block of Copperfield Drive for a report of a suspicious individual seen entering vehicles in the neighborhood. Police located a male matching the suspect description given by witnesses. The man was detained and identified as Kyle McClure. Witnesses were able to positive identify McClure as the suspect seen entering vehicles. A search of his person also turned up several items of property identified as stolen. McClure was placed under arrest for Criminal Entry to a Motor Vehicle, Grant Theft, and a Warrant. He was transported to the Pennington County Jail. 24-year-old Isiah Cutgrass of Rapid City and 19-year-old Kyle McClure of Rapid City.
