Motorworks Brewing in Florida teamed up with Manatee County Animal Services to start helping the animals in the shelters looking for forever homes.
The two organizations teamed up and started putting photos of dogs from the shelter on the cans of the Cruiser golden lager cans. The brewery said the proceeds from sales of lager 4-packs are being donated to Manatee County Animal Services to help build a new shelter. The current shelter is at twice the capacity it should be due to it being the county’s only open-admission shelter. And the cans with photos of adoptable dogs will help find them find forever homes.
Two of the dogs that have been featured on the cans have already been adopted, but two others are still waiting for homes along with dozens of other dogs.
