The brand Enlightened has made things a whole lot easier for those on the Keto Diet.
First Enlightened dropped a line of ice cream pints that are fully Keto-friendly. They boast they’re only 1G Net Carbs with no sugar added. Then Enlightened continued to make things easier by dropping more Keto-friendly ice cream items in the shape of their bars.
