Bobby’s Backstage Moments At iHeartFestival W/ Green Day, Tim McGraw & More

Our 2019 iHeartRadio Music Festival was this past weekend in Las Vegas. Country stars Tim McGraw, Zac Brown Band, and Kane Brown all played the night stage, while Maren Morris, Old Dominion, and Brett Young took over the day stage. It was a festival full of all genres of music from Def Leppard to Miley Cyrus, it was a star-studded event.Bobby Bones was backstage interviewing the country artists at the show, as well as Green Day. Bones spent some time with Tim McGraw, who joked that he’s so busy right now working to pay for all of his daughters. Zac Brown of Zac Brown Band also stopped by to talk with Bones about their new album The Owl, but despite new music, Zac said they will continue playing all of their hits at shows. Kane Brown joined Bones backstage before showing up as a special guest to perform “One Thing Right” with Marshmello, they talked about all of the fan calls Kane received after putting his truck up for sale online. Old Dominion joined Bones Friday night ahead of their performance the next day.The interview with Green Day was probably Bones favorite just because he loves interviewing bands who were massive in past years.
