Miranda Lambert Gives Sweet Shout-Out To Her Husband On Stage

Miranda Lambert is happier than ever these days and she’s letting everyone know!

The country music star opened up to the audience in Atlantic City during her “Roadside Bars & Pink Guitars tour”on Saturday night (August 31) about the joy she has now thanks to her husband, Brendan McLoughlin.

“I love country music, I live and breathe it,” Lambert told the audience at the Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa. “Something about country music is usually a sad song. You gotta have them, sometimes the sad song gets you through a sad time, isn’t that right?”

The “It All Comes Out In The Wash” singer then went on to share, “Lucky for me, I’m not in a sad time anymore in my life.” Holding up her left hand showing off her wedding ring, Lambert says, “Thank you to my sweet husband from Staten Island, by the way!”

“But no matter what, sometimes you always go maybe in a dark room and drink a beer and sing a sad song and that’s what I’m going to do, because I love it,” Lambert says before diving into a stripped down acoustic performance of her 2017 heartbreak hit, “Tin Man.”

Lambert recently announced that her new album, Wildcard, will be released on November 1. The project will feature a total of 14 new songs, five of which we’ve already heard. Previously released songs a part of the new album include lead single, “It All Comes Out In The Wash,” “Locomotive,” “Mess With My Head,” “Bluebird,” and “Way Too Pretty For Prison.”

Most recently, Lambert shared her new music video for “It All Comes Out In The Wash.” The video features the country star getting dirty while driving a truck through some mud pits all while rocking a statement leopard-print and floral fashion combo.
