Justin Moore is currently out on tour and tickets will cost ya $30-$50 or you could just get lucky enough to see him front row for free while performing a little busking session.
The “Til My Last Day” singer teamed up with the Instagram SubwayCreatues and left his signature cowboy hat behind to go incognito at a New York City subway station in a mini pop-up concert near the famed Rockefeller Center.
The Instagram, which features viral photos and videos of weird subway sightings from around the world, uploaded a video of him singing his hit “Why We Drink.” But bustling commuters and tourists were also treated to a few more songs from the country hitmaker including “You Look Like I Need a Drink” and “Point at You.”
He recently sat down with Bobby Bones and confessed that when he started out making music it wasn’t at all glamorous and very much like how subway buskers make money. “You’re either breaking even or losing money,” he said about his early days of playing frat parties and one off shows around his small town. “Until you have a hit and it’s way past having a hit that I made some dough.”
You probably won’t catch Moore in a busy subway anytime soon as he’s revealed he has recently moved back to his small town in Arkansas and considers it his “zen place” over a big city.
