On July 30th at around 1:05 p.m., police were dispatched to the 900 block of Silver Street for a report of a male subject threatening a group of people with a handgun. On arrival, police made contact with a victim who informed officers that the resident of 910 Silver Street had exited the residence and threatened him with a handgun. Police made contact with the suspect, identified as 26-year-old Brandon Terry, outside of the residence. In speaking with Terry, police determined the incident has started as a dispute over a vehicle that was parked at the curb in front of Terry’s residence. Terry was placed under arrest for Aggravated Assault and transported to the Pennington County Jail.
