Scotty McCreery And Wife Gabi Share The Secret To Their Strong Relationship

Country music singer, Scotty McCreery and his wife of a little over one year, Gabi Dugal, recently shared what keeps their relationship so strong.

In an interview with Entertainment Tonight McCreery shares, “Date nights are very important. It’s the one-on-one time…to reconnect and talk about what’s going on in both of our lives.” He continues, “Our dates are not too extravagant. We like to go out to eat, and a lot of times that will end with ice cream afterwards.”

The happy couple dated for over six years before they decided to finally make it official. In June of 2018, the two tied the knot in the beautiful state of North Carolina. Last year following the wedding, McCreery shared the music video for his song, “This Is It.” The video, which shows actual footage from their wedding day, will bring you to tears. For those of you who have yet to see the video, be sure to watch it below.

The two have kept busy the last year learning how the whole marriage thing works and keeping up with their careers in the process. Additionally, the two decided to expand their family and adopted a puppy named Moose back in January. Dugal shares, “He’s keeping us on our toes. It gives us a sense of responsibility…we’re learning a lot about how we work together in certain situations and how to react. It’s a big learning experience for us.”
