A woman in China has given birth to twins with different DNA; she’s now forced to admit to her husband that she cheated on him. Her husband grew suspicious when the babies were born and one of them didn’t look like him. When the DNA results came back, she was forced to confess.
The story was revealed after the couple had to register the birth of their twin sons at a local police station; in order to complete the registration they had to produce a paternity test to prove the children were theirs. The father, who remains anonymous, says he was shocked to find out one of the babies did not have any biological relation to him.
Apparently the mother had a one night stand where she became pregnant with not only his child but also her husbands child. Giving birth to two babies with different fathers is incredibly rare and is known asheteropaternal heteropaternal superfecundation. The husband says he is happy to raise his own child but will not raise the other mans baby.
