Jimmie Allen and Abby Anderson recently released their own version of Bradley Cooper and Lady Gaga’s “Shallow” from the 2018 remake of ‘A Star Is Born.’ The two country stars shared their version complete with an emotional music video. The cover quickly took the Internet by storm especially after Cooper and Gaga performed the song on the Oscars and brought down the house.
Allen and Anderson stopped by The Bobby Bones Show to talk about what went into their version as well as how the collaboration came to be. Allen was the one who started the conversation about covering “Shallow” and ultimately chose Anderson to join him for the emotional duet.
