After overhearing a stressed mom’s conversation with an auto shop staff member about not being able to afford repairs; a stranger covered the $1,400 expense.
Sergio Rodriguez explained in a Facebook post, “a young lady named Alex with a little girl came in for a flat tire repair…come to find out, the tires on her Silverado were all bald and in need of replacement.”
Rodriguez said Alex was stressed because she couldn’t afford all four tires, but without hesitation a 70-year-old man named Phil said he would purchase the tires for her.
According to Rodriguez, Alex said thank you about a hundred times. Phil dropped almost $1,500 and his only request was that Alex simply pay it forward herself.
