Thomas Rhett will release his brand new song, “Look What God Gave Her,” this Friday, March 1st. It’s the first song off his next album, which he’ll release later this year, and we’re pretty sure he scored some major points with his wife Lauren when he co-wrote this one, because Thomas says, “’Look What God Gave Her,’ to me is a song about my beautiful wife, inside and out. How amazing she is, how funny she is, how caring, how much of a great mom she is.”
While the song is an ode to his wife, it’s not a slow song at all. It’s a very danceable track with an infectious groove and Thomas says, “I think you can dance to it, I think you’re gonna love it. I can’t wait for you to hear it.”
Thomas will perform “Look What God Gave Her” and one other song, this Saturday night when he is the musical guest on SNL.
