Kristen Bell and Dax Shepard somehow always manage to make us love them even more. During an appearance on The Ellen Degeneres Show, Dax took questions from the audience in a segment called “Ask Dr. Dax.” Seeing as it was the 44-year-old actor’s birthday, Kristen decided to surprise him by sitting in the audience and asking one of the questions.
“What would you recommend getting someone very special, like a spouse, for their birthday?” the 38-year-old actress asked her husband. “Or how would you spoil them on their birthday?”
“In the bedroom?” Dax cheekily replied.
“Umm, let’s say I have ‘in the bedroom’ covered,” Kristen replied with a hilarious wink. “No, outside the bedroom.”
With tears in his eyes, Dax replied earnestly to Kristen’s questions. “I would say please, please, please give that person love and support for 11 years, give them two beautiful baby girls, and you’re good.”
By the time Dax was finished answering, Kristen also had tears in her eyes. “You’re crying, too!” she exclaimed, pointing at her husband. Kristen then joined Dax and Ellen on stage for birthday cake. You can watch the full video on Ellentube.
