Meghan Markle’s Due Date Might Be Sooner Than We Thought

Everybody knows that Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are expecting their first child together, however, the Duchess of Sussex may have just given hint about when her due date. When Kensington Palace first announced the happy news, they said Baby Sussex would be born sometime in the spring of 2019. While many royal watchers have assumed Meghan would give birth in April or May, her actual due date may be much sooner than that.

While greeting well-wishers on Christmas Day, Meghan may have dropped a hint that her baby will arrive quite soon. In a video shared on Twitter by Emily Spencer, Meghan places a hand on her baby bump and says “we’re nearly there!” Royal fans are now suspecting the Royal Family may be welcoming their latest addition as early as February or March.

Though it’s unlikely The Firm will confirm any of the speculations about Meghan’s due date, it’s clear that the Royals are getting excited about the baby’s impending arrival. When Meghan’s sister-in-law, Kate Middleton, was recently asked if she was excited for Meghan and Harry she immediately responded: “Absolutely! It’s such a special time to have little kiddies. And a cousin for George and Charlotte, as well, and Louis. It’ll be really special.”

Queen Elizabeth also mentioned the royal bun in the oven during her annual Christmas address. “It’s been a busy year for my family, with two weddings and two babies and another child expected soon,” she said. “It helps to keep a grandmother well occupied.”

We’ll just have to wait and see when the next royal baby arrives.
