When Brett Eldredge is not singing the phonebook and swooning the ladies, he can be found drenched in sweat.
Luckily for Brett fans, the “Love Someone” singer also enjoys the beach and showing off his gym-inspired-bod.
In a recent interview with Cody Alan, Brett shared that he has been gearing up to indulge over the holidays by focusing on his health.
Brett smirks, “I’ve been doing two-a-day training. Its fun, I get addicted to it. I don’t do it every day, because you can overdo it.”
Brett seems to have a firm plan in place as he navigates toward the onslaught of holiday sweets and treats. We are raising a toast to the alcohol-infused desert that he shared with PopCulture.com as being his favorite holiday tradition.
“My aunt makes amazing cheesecakes, so I go for that. The sweets will get you every once in a while. Corn pudding, like or a corn casserole kind of thing that always gets me. And, the Brandy Alexander, which is ice cream with brandy in it. Is it’s probably my favorite Christmas family tradition.”
