Lisa Blankenship has been going to Hwy 55 Burgers Shakes & Fries in West Virginia for a long time now. However, going out to eat for her typically means running in the same problem – she can’t read the menu because she is blind.
The Hwy 55 staff noticed she always had to have someone read the menu to her, so they wanted to help change that. They reached out to Cabell Wayne Association of the Blind and created a customized Braille menu for her.
