On September 16th at around 9:05 p.m., police were called to 625 E. Disk Drive for a report of an intoxicated subject who had just broken a glass door at the location. On arrival, police located the man, identified as 20-year-old Cyruss Haag of Pierre, in one of the rooms at the address. He had multiple cuts to his hand and other parts of his body. He was placed in handcuffs and became uncooperative as he was brought out to a patrol car. He was placed under arrest for 2nd Degree Vandalism and an existing Warrant before he was transported to the Pennington County Jail.
