Officer Tony Carlson from Tallahassee, Florida was caught on camera helping a stranger.
Carlson went up to a homeless man named Phil outside of a gas station, he was having issues with his razor and asked if Carlson knew how to fix it. After Carlson was able to make it work, Carlson helped Phil shave his beard because without a mirror it seemed too difficult.
Phil explained that he would have an opportunity to work at a local fast food restaurant if he returned with a “clean shave.” Kelly Duvall’s daughter captured this whole moment on camera and shared it on Facebook.
