Thomas Rhett and his wife Lauren have two little girls, two-year-old Willa Gray, whom they adopted from Uganda, and Ada James, who was born 11 moths ago. Willa has adapted to life in America with her loving family quite well. Thomas says, “Willa is just one of those kids that literally has adapted so amazing like you can’t even tell that she ever came from anywhere else.”
So whether it’s something she might not have ever experienced in Uganda, or something she simply has yet to experience in her little life, Thomas is excited to share the world with Willa. With the 4th of July coming up he says, “I’m really excited for her to see fireworks … We’re excited to take her to the beach, we’re excited for her to see California, we’re excited for her to come see these festivals that we play. And we’re just excited for her to experience this kind of life.”
No doubt Willa and Ada will likely get to experience a lot of things that other children might never experience, because their dad just happens to be a hugely successful country music singer, with his latest song, “Life Changes,” inching closer to the top of the charts.
